Punishment of the crime
No one shall provide game water for distribution or use, or display or store for such purposes, which has not been rated by the Committee on Water Management of Game Water.
1. Defendant A
A. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant committed a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act (1) and the Defendant sold Habman’s 25 unit of the former slot machine “Yeco”, which was not rated by the Committee on Water Management of the Game Industry, to F, a game proprietor in Guro-gu, Seoul, without the rating of the Committee on Water Management of the Game Industry.
2) On May 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as the Habman’s preceding paragraph on May 2014, the Defendant received and sold the 15 unit of “Mabco-friendly game machine” which was not rated by the Game Water Management Commission at the same place as the Habman’s preceding paragraph.
B. On April 22, 2014, the Defendant accepted a game machine, such as the installation of a game machine program, the inspection of operation of a game machine, the inspection of contact with a meri card, and the connection of electric source code, which was not rated by the Game Water Management Committee, in the game room where H, the main owner of a game room, was displayed and stored in order to provide customers with access to the game.
As a result, the Defendant, who was not rated by the Game Water Management Committee, made it easy for H to provide the game machine to customers for their use.
2. Defendant B
A. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) imported 25 unit of the former Macco (Yamamamato) game machine in Japan, which was not rated by the Committee on the Management of Game Water at the J Office of the Busan Building, Haman on November 201, 2013; (b) received KRW 8 million from a game machine distributor, and sold it to A.
B. On May 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of Habman on the ground that he was not rated by the Game Water Management Committee at the same place as the Habman on May 2014, 2014.
