1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 23, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim is a corporation engaged in the agricultural machinery manufacturing business in Gyeonggi-do 219-2 Dong-dong 219-2, and the defendant is engaged in agriculture in Gyeonggi-do Do-gun B.
On October 7, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to sell gold KRW 28,000,000 of the rap clothes to the Defendant and ordered to deliver the said products to the same Defendant.
The defendant paid only KRW 1,00,000 on October 8, 2011, and the remaining KRW 27,000,000,000 on the basis of the following: (a) on October 6, 2014, the plaintiff notified the defendant to pay the outstanding amount by October 10, 2014; (b) however, the defendant promised to pay the outstanding amount by not later than the end of December 2014; (c) however, he/she did not perform this duty.
