The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the charge of this case was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is just and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of indecent act by compulsion, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
