A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

Defendant

A and C shall be subject to the above fine.

1. Defendant A is a public official of Grade A in the first place of business and Grade 8 affiliated facilities.

(1) Around December 28, 2009, the Defendant entered the 8th inspection of the nature of the construction work at the facilities 1 and office of the Sungsung-gu I place of business on the 24th day of the same month, stating that “The construction work has not been completed,” and made a false statement in the “construction work supervision report” to the effect that “the construction work has been recognized to have been completed without carrying out the agreement,” despite the fact that the entries of the 8th inspection of the part of the construction work completed, unlike those of the 8th day of the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant entered the 41.01% of the construction work in the “Songsung-gu I place of business” on the 196th day of the same month. (2) On January 28, 2010, the Defendant, despite the absence of the agreement, entered the 6th day of the 196th day of the first inspection of the name of the Defendant, the 6th day after the inspection of the 3rd.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, prepares 6 copies of the prior inspection table of an AScom Factory, an official document, in a false manner.

B. On December 28, 2009, the Defendant submitted one copy of the protocol of inspection of completed documents to the contracting officer who is not aware of the fact in the general affairs of the above I Offices, such as the above I Offices, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article.

In this respect, the defendant exercised a false official document.

2. No defendant B corporation or C shall receive a lending of a national technical qualification certificate from any other person;

Nevertheless, Defendant C is the L Apartment of Chungcheongnam-gun from February 2005 to February 6, 2009.
