(a) No medical person who violates the Medical Service Act shall make a false record of medical treatment;

However, on January 7, 2016, the Defendant entered the false treatment as “R/D” into an English disadvantaged person as if he/she provided R/D treatment, even though he/she did not provide dental treatment at Dental Hospital No. 401 in Gyeonggi-si E, Gyeonggi-si, and he/she did so. From June 30, 2016, the Defendant entered the false treatment as “R/D” into each record of treatment, even though he/she did not have provided dental treatment at least 1,132 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of the crime committed.

As above, the Defendant entered a false medical record book.

B. Around January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was treating patients F who were within the hospital at the above D D D D D D D D D dental hospital; and (b) was not treating R/D by the R/D.

However, the Defendant entered the F in the medical record “R/D” as if the Defendant treated the R/D, and connected the program to claim expenses for medical care benefits installed in the computer of the same hospital to the National Health Insurance Corporation for false claim of KRW 2,358 of the expenses for the R/D dam. From March 28, 2016 to September 19, 2016, the Defendant revised the date to be consistent with the “date of receipt” of the list of crimes in the attached Table of crime committed from March 28, 2016.

A total of 1,132 times, such as a crime sight table, claimed the cost of a Russ dam worth KRW 2,890,793 in a false manner.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the National Health Insurance Corporation, received total amount of KRW 2,890,793 from the National Health Insurance Corporation.
