A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, and by imprisonment for 8 months, respectively.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendants' exercise of defense, ex officio correction was made based on the evidence adopted and examined by this court.

Defendant A and Defendant B are persons who are staying in the Republic of Korea as refugee applicants (G-1) in the Republic of Korea with Liberian nationality.

Defendants in collusion with “G” or “C” on personal information;

1. On May 2017, Defendant A sent a phone to the victim H at the place of the end of the end of the year, but the victim was unable to reach the English language, and Defendant A used the Messen to Messen, “I am to Seoul because I am well, because I am well at the home.”

On June 3, 2017, the Defendants made a false statement that “The Defendant made the victim a bridge of USD 60,00 from the Netherlands and made it in the current storage in the Netherlands, and would be paid for transportation expense of USD 5,000.” On the part of the victim, the Defendants made a false statement that “The Defendant talks with the victim, because it is not a false statement, it would be believed that the Defendant would make a work related to the UN.”

On June 7, 2017, the victim transferred 5.7 million won ($5,000) to the national bank account under the name of J designated by the Defendants on the pretext of transportation expenses around 10:14 on June 7, 2017.

2. On June 10, 2017, the Defendants requested the Victim to be present at around 10:00 on the same day, and the Defendants false statement that Defendant B sent the Victim at No. 2 of the I Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul at around 10:00 on the same day, Defendant B used the Victim’s trade name in the vicinity of 305, where Defendant B was waiting for the Victim and used to show the Bank’s color, and “this is the bank to which G was sent, and there is USD 6 million in this safe.”

The defendants continuously show the size of 100 US dollars in the safe, and they are the guns to be assembled in 100 US dollars.
