1. The defendant recognizes each of the money stated in the "request amount" in the attached Table to the plaintiffs and the attached Table to this.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the original owners of each land indicated in the “Real Estate Acquisition Details List” (hereinafter “instant land”) below, and each land is “C”.

B. In order to implement the “E-Road Construction Project” (hereinafter “Road Project”) for which the implementation plan was authorized and publicly announced as the notice of Ansan-si, the Defendant shall pay compensation to the Plaintiffs when purchasing the instant land as indicated in the following table in accordance with the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Acquisition of Land for Public Use and the Compensation for Loss (repealed by Act No. 6656, Feb. 4, 2002). The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer based on a consultation on public land in the future of the Defendant.

C. On June 10, 2005, pursuant to Article 5 of the former Act on Special Measures for the Construction, etc. of National Rental Housing (amended by Act No. 8852 of Feb. 29, 2008), the Minister of Construction and Transportation designated the J National Rental Housing Complex as a planned district for the J National Rental Housing Complex, and the Korea National Housing Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Korea Land and Housing Corporation after being merged with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009) was designated as the project implementer of the above national rental housing complex development project (hereinafter referred to as the “the instant national rental housing project”), and on January 2, 2007, the designation of the planned district and implementation plan of the J National Rental Housing Complex was approved and publicly notified.
