On December 6, 1980, a clan made a title trust to the defendant, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant.

On the other hand, on January 12, 2016, the complaint containing the expression of intent of the Plaintiff clan that the above title trust will be terminated was served on the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on January 12, 2016 with respect to the real estate listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

[The defendant did not submit a written answer within 30 days from the date on which he received a written complaint, and thus, the facts constituting the cause of the claim pursuant to the main sentence of Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to have been led to the confession, and the judgment shall be rendered without holding any pleadings, and only matters necessary to specify the claim pursuant to Article 208(3)
