Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on December 18, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on January 12, 2016.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On May 11, 2018, at around 21:00 on May 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) parked a mat car owned by the Defendant in the nearby official base of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) smoked marijuana in the manner of spraying 0.1g of hemp from D (a disposition that does not have the right of prosecution on May 12, 2018, and October 29, 2018) within the vehicle, using a pipe of Aluminium finium 0.1g of hemp, in which the Defendant smoked.
2. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.6 g of Mespon and hemp plant (hereinafter “Mesponon”) and purchased approximately 1.6 g of Mespon and hemp plant 158.08 g of Mespon and, on May 12, 2018, the Defendant traded Mespon and marijuana, in collusion with D, at an inspon station (hereinafter referred to as “Maspon”) around 01:0, May 12, 2018, respectively, and purchased approximately 1.6 g of Mespon and hemp.
3. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant smoking marijuana: (a) around 01:00 on May 12, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the foregoing gas station; (b) around 0.17g of the hemp plants purchased from an influencer’s name, as stipulated in paragraph (2), in a manner that inhales the smoke by inserting approximately 0.17gg of the hemp plants purchased from an influencer’s name, and attaching a fire thereto
4. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant, in collusion with D on May 12, 2018, at the point of 357.4km at the Gyeongdo-ro Gyeongdo-ro Gyeongdo-ro Gyeongdo-do-ro Gyeongdo-ro Do-ro, A total of 156.5 g of the hemp purchased for the purpose of smoking as above in the Defendant’s vehicle, shall be divided into 10 letter bags, and a total of 157.91g of the hemp for the purpose of smoking together with D by inserting a total of 156.5 g of the hemp purchased for the purpose of smoking as above in the Defendant’s vehicle.
5. In collusion with D, the Defendant holding a phiphones shall put 1.3g of philophones in the Defendant’s inner rink at the time and place set forth in paragraph 4, and philophones.
