The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

Even if the defendant had the record of punishment for the same kind of crime, he/she committed a planned crime in collusion with his/her accomplice, and agreed on the condition that the amount of damage by subrogation was repaid in installments at the Korea Housing Finance Corporation and the original court. However, in full view of the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc., as well as various sentencing conditions as shown in the records and arguments of this case including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, etc., even though considering that the defendant led to the crime of this case, it is unreasonable that the defendant's imprisonment (6 months of imprisonment) is too too unreasonable, and thus, the defendant's appeal
