(a)as shown in the reasons for the attachment of the claim;

2. The Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant C is insufficient to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s assertion solely on the basis of each of the Plaintiff’s claim Nos. 1, 1, and 3. The Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant C is rejected as there is no other evidence to acknowledge the assertion.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant B is accepted on the ground of its reasoning, and the plaintiff's claim against the defendant C is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
