1. The Defendant’s High Government District Court of the Republic of Korea against Nonparty B has the executive force of 2014 Ghana 14626.

Reasons

1. On December 16, 2014, based on the executory exemplification of a decision of performance recommendation for retirement allowance case in the Jyang-si District Court 2014Gau 14626, the Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, enforced compulsory execution against B on the movable property indicated in the separate sheet. On December 1, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an objection by a third party on the ground that he/she purchased the above goods from B and acquired ownership.
