1. The defendant
(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each of the persons indicated in the separate sheet, tea, car, typists, and others;
Reasons
1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease agreement dated March 22, 2007 (a lease deposit amounting to KRW 20 million, monthly rent amounting to KRW 2 million) was terminated due to overdue rent, and claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to overdue rent or rent.
2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act that makes a judgment of deemed confession.
