1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 297,177,462 won and 20% interest per annum from February 8, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3 as a whole and the arguments, the plaintiff completed the construction work on June 12, 2014 by entering into a subcontract with the defendant in the amount of KRW 750,00 per square year, and the construction cost of the above construction has a total of KRW 444,927,00 [the construction cost of the basic construction cost of KRW 177,750,000 (237 square x 750,000], and the plaintiff received KRW 147,50,000 from the defendant.
