1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons

With respect to the legitimacy of the instant lawsuit ex officio, the health account was issued by this court. On June 18, 2014, the Plaintiff issued an order of correction to pay stamp and delivery fee within seven days from the date of receipt of the order of correction on June 18, 2014, and the Plaintiff’s failure to make correction is apparent in the record, and thus, the instant lawsuit is unlawful.
