1. The Defendant: 14,541,695 won for the Construction of Co., Ltd. and 6,232.

Reasons

1. On May 7, 2010, the Plaintiffs: (a) sold the Incheon Seo-gu Apartment No. 103, 4103 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) to the Defendant as follows (hereinafter “instant sales contract”); and (b) concluded a balcony expansion contract on the same day as follows:
