1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A’s KRW 1,255,594,518 and KRW 300 million among them, from September 15, 2014 to October 10, 2014.
On October 10, 1997, Korea Housing and Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. loaned KRW 300 million to Defendant A.
On the same day, Defendant B guaranteed the Defendant A’s loan obligation within the limit of KRW 390,000,000,000.
The Plaintiff who received loan claims against the Defendants, filed a lawsuit claiming the amount of the loan and received a final and conclusive judgment.
(Seoul Central District Court 2004Gahap92500). The plaintiff claims the payment of the judgment to the defendants.
