Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around April 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the front number plate of B in front of the old church located in 22, a 144-gil, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, in order to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking and stopping on the roads of the old church located in 144-gil, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by leaving the front number plate of B as a newspaper.

However, the Defendant intentionally committed an act of setting a number plate in order to avoid parking regulation, and such an act is not sufficient in that it interferes with the enforcement of legitimate public authority, and thus, the amount of fine for summary order shall be maintained.
