However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 5, 2011, the Defendant was married with C (V, 24 years old) and became a child of 1 South and North Korea on August 12, 201, and was living with D (V, 17 years old) and became a victim E (V, 14 years old) who is a disabled person of Grade III with intellectual disability while living with D (V, 17 years old).

As of October 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was off the victim’s panty and inserted his panty in a sound book; (b) had sexual intercourse once between October 27, 2013 and 24:00, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim by inserting the panty of the victim and inserting the panty in a sound book; and (c) had sexual intercourse once with the victim by inserting the fudio 207, the Defendant’s residence from October 27, 2013 to 24:0.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is 19 years of age or older, has sexual intercourse with a disabled child or juvenile who lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions.
