Reasons

On December 12, 2016, the Plaintiff provided the Defendant with the payment of the amount that the Plaintiff ordered the Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff, but was refused to receive from the Defendant, and there is no dispute between the parties that the Defendant was deposited with the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2016No. 28834 with the Defendant as the principal deposit.
