1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 39,534,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from April 13, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
The fact that the Plaintiff performed metal construction works at the request of the Defendant during the period from January 2017 to May 2017, and the fact that the Defendant did not pay KRW 39,534,00 to the Plaintiff out of the construction price for the said metal construction works does not conflict between the parties, or that it is recognized by the evidence A Nos. 1 and 2.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from April 13, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is obvious as the next day of the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff, after the completion date of construction with respect to the construction cost of KRW 39,534,00 that was not paid to the Plaintiff.
The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
