1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,392,539 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
From February 4, 2013 to August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and served as an English instructor. However, the Plaintiff did not receive wages of KRW 18,114,160, retirement allowances of KRW 3,278,379, the sum of KRW 21,39,539 from the Defendant.
【Ground for Recognition: The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 21,392,539 won in aggregate of wages and retirement allowances and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from September 1, 2014 to the date of full payment, which the plaintiff seeks, as the result of the lapse of 14 days after the date of retirement.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted with due reason.
