1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 43,268,350 and KRW 32,99,145 among them, per annum from March 7, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act

3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff money calculated at the rate of 27.9% per annum from March 7, 2018 to the date of full payment, so the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff money of KRW 43,268,350 and KRW 32,99,145 among them. It is so decided as per Disposition.
