Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, leased from the Defendant the lease deposit of KRW 40,00,000 for the lease deposit of KRW 201,00,000 from May 1, 2012 to June 25, 2017. The lease term expired, and the Plaintiff delivered the said building to the Defendant on June 25, 2017.
