1. As to KRW 55,674,791 among the Plaintiff and KRW 6,201,119 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall annually commence from January 2, 2019 to January 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages from the purport of the claim was corrected as stated in the Disposition, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of first pleading).
