1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from June 29, 2011 to November 18, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment by service of public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., as amended on September 25, 2015, shall apply 15% per annum.
