1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 265,150,220 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals, Etc. were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015. Therefore, the portion in excess of the statutory interest rate is dismissed.
