Punishment of the crime

Criminal facts
1. Around 11:00 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special rape), attempted to board the victim E (the age of 45) who lives in the studio underground 103 of the same studio underground of the studio building located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seoul.
