1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,392,550 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from June 26, 2015 to December 8, 2015, and from December 9, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate shall be 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1).
