The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 12:45 on July 24, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s side gate by placing the error that the victim tried to keep the account books in the calculation unit, while disputing the issues of the victim D (the age of 59) and the restaurant operation at the calculation unit in the C restaurant located in Jeju City B.

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Declaration of non-performance of punishment: Application for non-performance of punishment on February 24, 2020
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
