When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 28, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the commander of the above unit that caused “the third supplementary training in 2013, which was conducted in the fourth unit of the 6339 unit in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan.” on November 19, 2013, and did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds even after receiving it from the Defendant’s house in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan. B. on November 19, 2013.

On December 9, 2011, the Defendant stated that “A victim E is unable to open a mobile phone due to damage or damage caused by a mobile phone discount store located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, the Defendant would have to pay off the mobile phone with his/her work if he/she borrowed the mobile phone name.”

On September 6, 2013, a notice of call-up was issued to order a 11-year carried forward training (the 4th supplementary training) conducted at the fourth unit of the Army (the 4th unit of the Songdo Reserve Forces). Nevertheless, the Defendant was unable to participate in the above training without good cause. (b) On September 6, 2013, the Defendant issued a notice of call-up to call-up for training ordering the overall 4 units of the 6th unit of the Army to undergo the second supplementary training conducted at the 4th unit of the 6339 unit of the Army (the 4th unit of the Songdo Reserve Forces training). Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to participate in the above training without good cause. (c) On September 13, 2013, the Defendant ordered the 639 unit of the Army to undergo the 13-year basic supplementary training.
