1. Basic facts
A. On February 12, 2008, Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff, who is the insured and the beneficiary, as indicated in the attached Table B (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
The beneficiary of the instant insurance contract was changed to Defendant A on June 22, 2009.
B. Defendant B was hospitalized for a total of 845 days from December 11, 2008 to January 3, 2009, as indicated in the table 1, 2009, for 24 days, with both sslurculosiss, and was hospitalized by Cuncacacacacacacacacaca, and 52 days until July 2, 2014.
In relation to the above hospitalization, the Plaintiff received respectively insurance proceeds of KRW 7,244,570, Defendant B, and Defendant A of KRW 28,864,755.
