The prosecution is dismissed.

Reasons

At around 17:55 on May 20, 2019, the Defendant insultingd the victim by openly obsesing the victim under the following circumstances: (a) around D operated by the victim C at Yansan-gu, 17:55 on May 20, 2019: (b) while the victim’s home delivery service was conducted due to the termination of the contract by the home delivery officers affiliated with the home delivery agency operated by the victim; and (c) 10 or more home delivery officers, who look back to other home delivery officers, have heard the victim.
