The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.
1. On March 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of Seopoposi C, around 15:44 on March 22, 2013, for 46 minutes from 16:30 on the same day, and from 16:32 on the same day to 17:20 on the road for 48 minutes from 16:32 on the same day and from 17:20 on the same day, waste lumber, etc. were stored, connected, or left, on the road; and (b) on the method of dumping, the Defendant interfered with the progress of construction vehicles, such as ready-mixed, etc. to enter the construction site for the construction site for the purpose of building concrete necessary for the said construction project, thereby interfering with the work of Samsung T&T Co., Ltd., Ltd., the contractor, the large forest industry, and the subcontractor, for about 1:34 minutes by force.
2. Determination

B. As to the admissibility of “CCTV Data”, “CCTV output photograph”, and “CCTV Viewing Report”, among the above evidence, the said evidence, on the admissibility of “CCTV Data”, “CCTV output photograph”, and “CCTV Viewing Report” and “CCTV Viewing Report”, the said investigation report contains the result of a police officer’s reproduction of the video files stored in the “CCTV Data” (hereinafter only referred to as “CCTV”), which are digital storage media (hereinafter referred to as “TV”), and the fact that the “CCTV output photograph” in which the said video files were cut off part of the front page of the said video is the content of the said video files stored in the CD, and thus, it is premised on the premise that the said video files are admissible.
Doshe, however, according to the witness F's testimony, the CCTV installed at the entrance, etc. of the project team is commercialized and stored in the form of a video file, and the video image is stored after the lapse of time.
