1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 201,50,543 as well as KRW 113,00,000 among them, from April 26, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

As evidence Nos. 1 through 6 and the whole purport of the pleadings are comprehensively taken into account, it is recognized that the cause of the claim is the same as that of the Plaintiff, “creditor,” “debtor,” “Defendant,” and “Defendant,” the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages, as described in the Disposition No. 1.
