【Criminal Facts】

In order to raise living expenses, such as food expenses, the defendant has taken a stolen object inside a passenger car with no locking device to be corrected.

1. On April 18, 2020, around 22:30 on April 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door for a car using the victim D’s E that was parked in the “C” parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and did not correct the locking device for a car; and (b) stolen the car with cash of KRW 150,000 and cash of KRW 3,000 on the part of the victim’s bank located in the World Cup.

On April 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around April 26, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened a door of the car using the victim H I NA’s NA Y car locking device that was parked in the “G” parking lot located in Busan Shipping Daegu F, Busan; and (c) stolen the car using the victim’s I NA NA Y car’s locking device that was not corrected; (d) opened the door; (e) the victim’s identification card that was inside the car; and (e) the market price of which the credit card purchase was made, with one ra half-ro tag equivalent to KRW 50

Around May 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:43 on May 27, 2020, the Defendant opened a door of the car using the victim K’s fastened passenger car locking devices of the victim K, which were parked in the front of the Busan International Shipping Daegu J hotel; and (b) committed theft with cash of KRW 130,000, USD 15, USD 15, and approximately KRW 100,000,000,000 for other foreign currencies, which are the victims’ possession of the inside cups; and (c) around June 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around June 4, 2020, the thief opened a door using the victim’s locking devices in the “N” parking lot located in Busan International Shipping Daegu, which had not been corrected.
