On September 22, 2012, the Defendant distributed media materials harmful to juveniles to the public at the entrance of the Emburine in Busan Dong-gu and at the entrance of the Fburg, a photograph with which women’s upper half of body was exposed, as well as a photograph with which the phrase “debate with thickness” was printed or attached, etc. at the entrance of the Emburg in Busan Dong-gu.
