1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.
Defendant: 68,677,687 won, Plaintiff B, and C respectively. 40.
Basic Facts
The relationship between the parties and the progress of treatment before the establishment of the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) are the wife of Plaintiff A and the mother of Plaintiff B and C.
On October 5, 2010, the Deceased started to undergo a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and to undergo a medication of resistant tuberculosis. Since the aforementioned resistant tuberculosis medication, there were symptoms such as leukuk-gu’s symptoms and climatic climatic symptoms, and on December 7, 2010, the Deceased was transferred to G Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
Until February 9, 2011, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital’s hospital suspended the administration of anti- tuberculosis against the deceased, and accordingly, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital suspended the administration of the above drugs, and determined that spinine was the cause of side effects on the deceased again, after he administered the hondia (Isonzid, AINH) for the tuberculosis treatment of the deceased on December 10, 2010.
On December 30, 2010, the medical professionals of the Defendant Hospital administered Abryth and EMB to the Deceased (Ethambl, EMB). They discontinued the Deceased with the symptoms of telegraphic waves, and determined that the drugs that caused the above side effects were Ebrythl.
Accordingly, from January 10, 201, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital began to administer Abrupt, heptospirosis (SM), Cirst (Crav), proteit, protetopy (PTA) after partially changing the type of anti- tuberculosis from January 10, 201. However, the deceased complained of symptoms, such as two copies, high heat, and telegraph brupt, and the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital again suspended the administration of drugs to the deceased.
On January 22, 2011, the Deceased was in the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital as the heat and the telegraph failure continue, and the telegraph failure occurred.
