1. The reasons for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as follows: (a) by adding the evidence No. 18 and 19 submitted by the defendant to the court of first instance to the evidence for each fact-finding, and (b) by adding the evidence No. 18 and 12 submitted by the plaintiff to the court of first instance to the evidence for each fact-finding; and (c) by excluding the rejection of the additional evidence No. 22 submitted by the plaintiff
2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim should be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
