On December 21, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I will deliver deposits immediately. I will deliver them. I will deliver them immediately.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send the goods even if they receive money.

Around December 21, 2012, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 350,000 won from the post office account (E) under the name of the Defendant as the price for goods, and received 3,50,000 won in total from 13 victims over 13 times from around that time to February 6, 2013 by the same method, as shown in attached Table 1.

The Defendant, “2013 Man-Ma1661,” did not have the object from the victims and did not have the intent or ability to send the object even if he received money, posted an article on December 24, 2012, stating that he would sell a computer and then receive KRW 710,000 from the victim F to the passbook of A on the same day. From that time, the Defendant received KRW 1,436,00 in total six times from February 6, 2013 by the method described in the attached Table 2, as shown in the annexed Table 2.

1. The Defendant, a second-hand Internet sales fraud, did not have any goods on the Internet website NAC page, and did not have such goods, thereby deceiving the proceeds thereof.

Around January 16, 2013, the Defendant written a statement that he sold New AD 3 to the Gain, and then received KRW 250,000 from the victim G to the Busan Bank account (Account Number: H) in the name of the Defendant.

From that time until June 18, 2013, the Defendant totaled KRW 6,730,000, as shown in attached Table 3, as shown in the List of Offenses.
