The Defendant transferred “G” to the victim, a restaurant operated by the Defendant in the F market located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, under the pretext of the Defendant’s debt repayment, as the Defendant’s son borrowed money from the Defendant’s mother, around 2010.

After that, from around October 2015 to around October 2015, the Defendant, who found the victim several times, changed the price of the restaurant transferred by him, or transferred 35 million won to another restaurant.

This is a dangerous thing.
