유류분반환청구
1. For the plaintiffs:
A. As to each 1/30 share of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 to 7, Defendant E shall:
1. Basic facts
A. The decedent G died on December 10, 201.
The plaintiffs are the children of the inheritee, Defendant E is the children of the inheritee, Defendant F is the spouse of Defendant E.
B. On November 16, 2005, the decedent donated each real estate listed in the separate sheet 8 through 14 to Defendant E, and on December 10, 201, the decedent bequeathed each real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 through 7 to the Defendants.
C. On the other hand, the registration of establishment of a neighboring real estate as follows was completed with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet 10 and 13.
1) Attached Table 10 (20,000,000 won, which was received on June 2, 2005 on June 22, 2005, the maximum debt amount of the mortgage creation registration (26050,000, Sept. 10, 2010) and the officially assessed individual land price on January 1, 201, G: 10,200,000 square meters: 13 (10,200,000 square meters: 2640,000,000 square meters) indicated in the Attached List 13 (17,000,000,000,000 won, and 2640,0000,000 won, and the debtor on January 1, 2011: the officially assessed individual land price of No. 12,200,000,000 won, and the debtor on November 1, 2011.
D. The plaintiffs' statutory shares in inheritance are 2/15 each, and their shares in legal reserve are 1/15 each.

2. According to the facts of the determination as to the cause of the claim, barring special circumstances, Defendant E is obligated to return legal reserve of inheritance to the Plaintiffs out of the market price at the time of commencing the inheritance on behalf of each of the above real estate, on behalf of the Plaintiffs, with respect to 1/30 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14 as to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 8, 9, 11, 12, and 14, and (2) Defendant F is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 1, 30 shares for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet 10, 13.
