Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On June 24, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of four million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and on December 20, 201, sentenced ten months to imprisonment with labor for the same crime in the same court, etc. on December 28, 2011, which became final and conclusive on December 28, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on December 6, 2012, the Defendant has the record of further punishment for the same crime four times.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;
A. On April 25, 2010, around 23:25, 2010, the Defendant operated a trick vehicle in approximately 20 meters section from the triccom parking lot near the triccom in the Busan Seo-gu tril Law Center to the front road in the same Dong from the triccom parking lot to the triccom in the same Dong.
B. On July 2, 2010, at around 07:40, the Defendant operated a coo vehicle from the front side of the Young River located in the Busan Seo-dong, Busan Seo-dong to the front side of the Busan Seo-dong, to approximately 2 km of the Busan Seo-dong, and the above coo vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

On October 9, 2013, the Defendant acquired E-throman car from D in the vicinity of the White Hospital located in Busan Shipping Daegu, but did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said automobile without justifiable grounds.
3. On February 14, 2014, at around 09:46, the Defendant driven a string-man car as described in the above 2. Paragraph (2) while under the influence of alcohol for about 300 meters from the front of a cafeteria in the name-free restaurant located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the front of the U.S. intersection located in the same hot spring-dong.
