On August 25, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on August 25, 2009, and on January 6, 2011, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion and larceny, etc. at the same time on January 14, 201, which became final and conclusive on January 14, 2011, and the sentence of the above suspension of execution was invalidated, and on September 30, 201, the parole period was expired on September 17, 201 of the execution of each of the above punishment in the mountainous district in the Daejeon Prison.

1. Intrusion into residence and theft against victims C;

A. On March 2012, the Defendant came into the house of the victim in Chungcheongnam-gun A, around the end of 2012, and intruded into the house through the open gate, and then stolen KRW 102,000 in cash owned by the victim from the cresh found to be suffering from any cresh in the room.

B. Around November 2012, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s house at the above place by the foregoing method, and then stolen KRW 300,000 in cash owned by the victim within the booms, using any cresh in which there is no cresh.

2. Around July 2012, the Defendant: (a) had a victim’s house located in the voice group F of Chungcheongbuk-gun around the end of July 2012; (b) had an intrusion upon the victim’s house into the house through the heat gate; and (c) had a victim’s market price located in the kitchen by making use of the gap in which the victim’s management was neglected; and (d) had a theft with one room above the market price of the victim’s house in the kitchen.

3. On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the victim’s house located in the voice group H of Chungcheongbuk-gun on the victim’s house; (b) intruded the victim’s house into the house through the open gate; and (c) stolen the victim’s cash owned in the room by using any cresh outside the room, using the said cresh amount to KRW 100,000.

4. On September 16, 2013, the Defendant is a thief for the victim I, who was parked in a public parking lot located in theJ of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheong-gun on September 16, 2013.
