On August 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for obscene crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on August 12, 2016, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training prison on January 17, 2017.

1. Around April 22, 2017, the Defendant obscenity 23:10 and around April 22, 2017, the Defendant was off from the Defendant’s lower rank and sculed the Defendant’s sexual organ before the restaurant of “D” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant used a patently obscene act.

2. obscenity of a public performance;

A. On July 4, 2017, around 14:10 on July 4, 2017, the Defendant saw the appearance of an unspecified number of people, such as the victim G (at 36 years of age), who gets off the Defendant’s sexual organ and her clothes before the F convenience store in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. On July 16, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant saw the appearance of an unspecified number of people who walked with the Defendant’s sexual organ by setting the Defendant’s sexual organ and her clothes around H in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a total of twice publicly obscene act.

3. The same year where the accused has been sentenced to a fine of three million won due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes by the Gwangju High Court on May 19, 201, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, etc.;

Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of a police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason and

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on February 8, 2017, had completed the term of imprisonment at the ignified Vocational Training Prison in the 741 Maternity (Maternity), and moved to a non-permanent branch in Seoul (hereinafter referred to as Seoul) but had moved to the police station having jurisdiction over the dwelling area within 20 days.
