1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by imprisonment for four months; and
2.Provided, That this judgment shall become final and conclusive, respectively.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates F, a company exporting fishing products, along with her husband E, in the Mandong-gu Mandong-gu in Japan, A, and Defendant B is a person employed as an employee of the said F after establishing a NAV carpet "G" around March 2014.
1. The Defendants established the above car page around March 2014, with the intent of Defendant A’s husband to purchase the Japanese fishing goods through F operated by Defendant E and sell them to many unspecified domestic buyers visiting the above car page. Defendant A, while operating and managing the above car page, provided customers with an account to deposit in the above car page, sent or interpret them to Korea by procuring the fishing goods in Japan, provided Defendant B with an officetel No. H 708 in Busan, Busan, for the purpose of office, provided Defendant B with the head of the Republic of Korea, and sent or carried them into Korea using the above officetel as a store or mail, and take charge of sending or bringing them into Korea with the head of the office, and Defendant B, along with Defendant A, posted a letter of introduction on the goods while managing the above car page with Defendant A, posted a statement on the phone call to the domestic buyers, and sent them to the domestic buyers’ prior to sending them to Korea.
(a) Even if any goods are imported as international postal items or travelers' personal effects, if such goods are brought into Korea for sale, a report thereon shall be filed with the head of a customs office thereon;
Nevertheless, on March 29, 2014, the Defendants sent the instant officetel via international mail to customers with no knowledge of their intention to purchase, or carried them into the Republic of Korea directly by Defendant A, for the purpose of selling them to customers with no knowledge of their intention to purchase through the said car page, including one point of the fishing age of F1-66 ZS and five points of the fishing age of F1-66 ZS.
