1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 184,673,871 as well as KRW 172,533,232 from March 22, 2005 to April 7, 2005.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the term "creditor 1" is changed to "Plaintiff", "debtor 1" to "Defendant Company", and "debtor 2" to "Defendant Company", respectively. 2. The decision of the payment order was final and conclusive on December 2, 200: Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
