The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.

Each of the grounds of appeal is merely an error in the selection of evidence and fact-finding, which are the matters of full authority of the court below, which are the fact-finding court.

Furthermore, even if examining the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberation as alleged in the grounds of appeal, thereby recognizing facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
