1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 99,00,000 and KRW 49,500,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,50,000 from October 1, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: In accordance with the amendment of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 among damages for delay claimed.
