On October 24, 2020, the Defendant driven a car C in the direction of 50km away from the front side of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daejeon, U.S., Daejeon to the road at a point of 53 km away from the 50km away from the 11:15 vehicle driver's license.
